HoW7s Elite 'IMPACT' Cup SOLD OUT!

The Heart of Wales Elite competition has taken off remarkably in its first year with quality teams coming from all across the circuit.

We welcome back the established and exciting quartet of Carmarthen Warriors, RED Wailers, Preseli BaaBaas and Forces Exiles who graced us with their teams in our inaugural event last year whilst having 4 additional quality teams joining the ranks this time around.

Rounding up the 8 team tournament is the RahRahRugby squad who have proved to be a force across europe this year, Ponty Butchers and Ronin Rugby 7s with a solid 7s reputation on the circuit and the new guns from West Wales Gogerdden Raiders 7s.

The teams and talk are strong and I wouldn't like to bet against any of them taking home the IMPACT cup. We are going to make the draw and post it on our YouTube channel so keep in touch!
