The #HoW7s is proud to be building on it's first Mixed Ability rugby tournament as part of its 2019 event.

The Mixed Ability Rugby will be held as the curtain raiser to the event under floodlights on the Friday 5th July 2024.

​

We looking forward to welcoming teams from across the UK to showcase this alternative format of the game.

Your team entry allows you to bring as many people as you like to the event for the same fee and also gives you a great start to stay all weekend to enjoy all the #HoW7s has to offer.
