Once you have registered your team to the Heart of Wales 7s you will receive the full rules and variations.

Team Captains or Coaches must register their team on arrival and no later than Saturday  8.45am at the Tree House.

 

First games will be kicking off at 9.00am with all group games 7 minutes each way.

 

Captains will play Rock-Paper-Scissors for kick off of each game……No Fire or Lizard Spocks!

 

If your team arrive late to a game it will be forfeited.
